The asphalt maintenance package is a very popular package for a customer who is not able to afford the luxury of (Asphalt Remove & Replace Package) or the (Asphalt Resurface Package). And what we have notices over the years of being in the asphalt paving business is that this package is usually a fan favorite sense you can have the best of both worlds for a fraction of the cost.

Considering you can have a driveway that needs to be replaced and you can have major driveway surface deterioration we can sawcut and remove a section of the existing asphalt surface (per customer request) and then install liquid tac coating with also installing new commercial surface mix in the existing problematic area. This prevents moisture from falling beneath the driveway and into the foundation which will destroy your investment. The Asphalt Maintenance Package also comes with an optional heated water base sealcoating and (PL-132) heated rubber tar compound crack filler to keep a thick housing over the existing asphalt surface. This keeps all the moisture out and keeps the good stuff in to make sure that your driveway is protected from all water, ice and snow. And as we all know, Michigan weather can be brutal!
